Return Policy
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction with the materials you purchase from our store. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your choice, please contact us or call our Customer Service Representatives at 847-391-5106. When you call, please have your packing list available.

We will accept returns of materials that do not meet with your approval for credit to your account within 45 days of receipt of the shipment. Sorry, we cannot accept returns computer software, videos, CD's or cassettes except in the case of defective or damaged product. Sale items are also not returnable. We cannot refund shipping charges unless the return is a result of an HSI error. If a problem occurred during the ordering process or in packaging, please contact Customer Service at 847-391-5106.

Return Procedure
Before returning any items, please call (847) 391-5106 for a return authorization number to include with your return. You may also email your return request to returns@home-school-inc.com.

Remember, we cannot accept returns on sale items, computer software, videos, CD's or cassettes.
